I accept payements by Cash, Check or Credit Cards before or at the time of service. If you are using a credit card, my prefered method of accepting payment is Via IvyPay, a secure and confidential service designed for therapists. If you are curios about our payment polices, or my office policies in general, please read about them in more detail in my Welcome letter/Informed Consent (link form) before we being treatment. If you have questions or concerns about these policies, lets discuss them at the outset, so that there are no suprises as we begin our work together.
Insurance Information NOTE: I donot currently participate in any insurance plans. If your plan covers out-of-network mental health services, here are some of the questions to ask you rinsurance company. I can provide you with a monthly billing statement (often known as a "superbill") to submit for reimbursement to your insirance company. Payment must be provided to me at the time of service.
