Healing Power Therapy is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed mental health and substance use services throughout Oregon. We are located at 555 SE MLK JR BLVD Suite 105, Portland, OR 97214
We are seeking Mental Health Therapists and Clinical Associates to join our growing team. We welcome applications from both associate-level clinicians working toward independent licensure and fully licensed mental health professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who enjoy working with diverse individuals and families and want to provide evidence-based, person-centered care in a supportive clinical environment.
Position Responsibilities
Provide individual psychotherapy and, when appropriately trained, couples and family therapy.
Complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical
documentation.
Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive behavioral health services.
Work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, adjustment concerns, relationship
difficulties, substance use/co-occurring disorders, and other behavioral health needs.
Develop individualized treatment goals in collaboration with clients.
Coordinate care with other providers and community resources when appropriate.
Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and professional development.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Oregon laws and regulations, payer requirements, and applicable
professional ethical standards.

Applicants must hold the appropriate Oregon license, associate registration, or other credential required for the services they will provide.
Requirements
Qualifications
Required:
Graduate degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or another qualifying behavioral health discipline.
Appropriate Oregon clinical license, associate registration, or eligibility for the applicable credential.
Ability to provide services within your education, training, license, and scope of practice.
Strong communication, clinical documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
Preferred:
Experience in outpatient mental health or behavioral health.
Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.
Telehealth experience.
Experience serving immigrant, refugee, BIPOC, multicultural, or underserved communities.
Bilingual or multilingual clinical skills.
Multilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply but a requirement. Languages such as Somali, Maay Maay, Swahili/Kiswahili, Arabic, and Spanish are particularly valuable.

Benefits
Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation based on licensure, experience, qualifications, and role.
Associate-level and independently licensed clinicians may have different compensation structures based on credentials and responsibilities.
